Untere Etage - Lower Level

Auf der unteren Etage sind zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit Doppelbett (1,60 und 1.40 m) und zwei neu gestaltete minimalistische Duschbäder sowie ein Schrank- und Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. 

Eins der Schlafzimmer ist durch eine Flügeltür direkt mit einer großen Terrasse verbunden, die größtenteils von einer Pergola überdacht ist und genügend Platz zum Sitzen und Relaxen auf der Sonnenliege bietet. 
 

On the lower level there are two cozy bedrooms, one with a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) and one with a queen-size bed (1,40 x 2,00), with built-in wardrobes and two minimalist bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a room with another wardrobe and a closet for bed linen, towels, cleaning agents, ironing board and iron, as well as the washing machine.

One of the bedrooms has a glass door leading to the lower terrace with a pergola. The terrace is ideal for relaxing and offers a table and chairs. All rooms of our house have windows or doors with nice views.
